Angela has extensive experience as a Human Resources professional, and has been highly successful in supporting and developing the capabilities of organisations, teams and individuals to maximise their performance, realise their potential and manage organisational and personal change.

She has an excellent international track record in organisational development, change management and talent management – creating the leadership capability required to achieve strategic business objectives. This is combined with a strong commercial business background with 15 years experience in the service-led telecommunications sector, and 7 years consultancy experience working across commercial, government and charitable sectors.

In recent years she has gained considerable experience working for a leading Community Based Natural Resource Management (CBNRM) non-government organisation, as well as community based organisations in Namibia.

Among her key strengths is the ability to work in diverse cultures and environments combining professional experience and credibility, integrating commercial, government and not for profit experience.


Jenny Aspland

Jenny has been a Learning and Development Consultant since 1988. She has worked extensively with NGO’s such as Barnardo’s, National Children’s Bureau, The Family Welfare Association and Action Research, as well as in the Public Sector for UK National and Local Government Agencies, and with a variety of commercial and financial organisations.

Jenny’s main areas of work and interest are Project Management, Organisational and Management Development, Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Equality and Diversity, Performance Management, and Team Work. Personal Development Planning, Career and Performance Coaching are also areas where Jenny has extensive experience and competence.

She has developed an excellent reputation as a trainer who can make a difference both to the learning of individuals, and to the development of the organisations she works with. She brings excellent presentation skills, along with an intellectual understanding of effective learning principles to the events she runs. Her training style provides an appropriate mix of experiential, pragmatic, theoretical and reflective opportunities to enable maximum impact, relevance and transferability in the work place.


Robert Lumholst-Smith

Robert is a Management Development Trainer and coach who has been working with managers of different levels and experience for over 10 years on a diverse range of topics

Since 2001, Robert has been working independently with managers and their employees to enhance their business skills, behaviours and abilities both in group training sessions and one to one coaching and during that time he has helped many businesses and managers achieve their challenging goals.

Roberts’ areas of expertise include project management taking in the whole end to end process from inception to conclusion; change management and stakeholder engagement to fully understand the impact of initiating project concepts and ensuring successful implementation; risk analysis to enable proactive and effective decision making and people management to create successful teams and employees.

He continues to build on his reputation as an outstanding and challenging executive coach and mentor with his unique and insightful coaching style. In his group training, he uses a mix of presentation and facilitation skills in a classroom environment to ensure lasting learning and practical change in the workplace.

Steve Shaw

Image of Steve ShawSteve Shaw created the training and consulting organisation Financial Seminars in 2010 in the UK, after nearly 30 years based in Belgium. He delivers in-house instructor-led and synchronous virtual classroom courses in valuation and corporate finance.

Steve was a KPMG Audit partner in Brussels until 1992, during which time he had training and professional practice responsibilities. Since then, he has been designing and delivering ready-made and bespoke training workshops and seminars for multi-national organisations throughout the world. From 1995 onwards, Steve has concentrated on corporate finance workshops, specialising in valuation, negotiating and strategy evaluation.
